Having a plan for your social media management (and other digital marketing activities) keeps us on track and helps us stay on target and focused.
The plan doesn’t have to be thousands of pages long, or onerous, it just needs to act as a reminder of what you’re trying to achieve.
Your digital plan will have a goal (s), some actions to take to achieve your goal (s), who your key audience is, what key business messages you’re going to say to achieve your goal and anything else to consider (and what not to say!)
