A MINT Start to 2022 (Part 2) sees us focusing on our sales and marketing goals.

A little bit of Masterminding goes a long way!

Following on from A MINT Start to 2022 (Part 1), at this training session, you’ll focus on your sales and marketing goals, outlining overall Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for both areas.

First off, we’ll split up into small groups where you will chat through the top line focus for your sales and marketing. We love hosting these Masterminding sessions as the power of knowledge within our membership is incredible.

After feeding your thoughts and ideas back to the whole group, Nicola will guide you through setting up your quarterly KPIs for your sales and marketing.

Don’t forget to have your MINT planner to hand and this session will be 90 minutes long to make sure we all have enough time to contribute and record our goals.
