Join us at 10am on the first Tuesday of each month to set your intentions for the month ahead.
Intention setting WORKS. It just works.
When we write a task down, we remember it better. When it’s there in front of us, we’re reminded of it every time we see it. And when others around us are doing the same thing, and we’re all encouraging each other to stick to what we’ve written down… trust us… it works.
Lifesavvy.com says: “If you write something by hand, all that complex sensory information increases the chances the knowledge will be stored for later. In short, writing by hand forces your brain to process information in a more detailed way, which helps you successfully load that information into your memory.”
So, once a month, MINT members will get together for an accountability session, setting intentions for the month ahead.
